Individual membership is only $65 per year! Individual membership is open to anyone interested in participating in the National Network. all individual members have voting rights and are the mainstay of the organization's grass roots.
Please note, we also have an institutional membership category. Further information is listed in the tab "Sponsorship/Institutional Members.
If you would like to submit an electronic application for membership, please fill out the form at the right. We will send you an invoice for the individual membership dues.
