Trust Pharmacy is an international online service. Our company is able to bring the parcel to every corner of the world. Our company delivers parcels to most worldwide countries. If you want to become sure your location is included in the delivery list, please address our customer care department.
Currently, we use 2 shipping options:
- Trackable Courier Service takes 5 – 9 days. The packages can be tracked. The delivery will take a maximum of 14 days to deliver. The tracking number is valid within 4 business days after the order is shipped.
- Airmail service takes 14 – 21 days. The packages can not be tracked. The delivery will take a maximum of 30 days.
All our orders are sent in discreet packages with no labels on them. A Post officer won’t have an idea of what there is inside the parcel.
In case, your parcels are missed, please contact our customer care department. Our company will either reship the package or refund your payment. No additional charges are incurred irrespective of the delivery destination. We guarantee our customers will get a satisfactory result from missed medications.
One more aspect is that your parcel cannot be delayed at custom. In this case, you will be informed and asked to visit the customs department for a detailed parcel examination. After the examination has been completed, you will get the parcel. If you have any problems with customs, please address our customer care department.
Why I still haven’t received my order?
You can apply the ID tracking number to follow the current order’s transportation. This code can be applied in case if you ordered using the express delivery method. If you opt for standard airmail delivery, the maximum delivery time is 30 business days. If your parcel has not come in the maximum terms, please address our customer care department. The operator will inform you of possible reshipment free of charge or a refund. Though, if the original order subsequently arrives as the reshipped order then we rely on your honesty to make us aware of us as soon as possible. Our staff’s main objective is to meet all the customers’ needs.
